Application Information

The states of Michigan and Utah are currently available for scrubbing through the Registry Compliance system. Since each jurisdiction maintains its own registry, you must submit a separate application, and be approved for each jurisdiction that you wish to scrub against. However, if you register for both, we will manage both jurisdictions as a single account for billing and service purposes. You may, on the other hand, choose to register for only one jurisdiction at a time. The Registry Compliance system can manage scrubbing for one or both jurisdictions, depending on your compliance needs. If you wish to apply for an account in only one jurisdication at this time, you may return at your convenience to apply for an account with the remaining jurisdiction. Nevertheless, we recommend that you apply for a Utah account first, since Michigan requires an additional step if you wish to add a Utah account to an existing Michigan account.

You will need to provide information about your company during the application process. We have created a documentation checklist to assist you in gathering the information you will need. This checklist contains a description of each piece of information you will need as well as the jurisdictions that require it. Although most of the information is the same for each jurisdiction, some fields may be optional for one jurisdiction, but required for the other.
