New Password Request
Enter your account's username and e-mail address and we will send you instructions on how to change your lost password. Changing your password is a two step process. After submitting your username and e-mail address, we will confirm your identity by sending a confirmation e-mail to you. That confirmation message will contain a code for you to enter in the second step. If a successful code is entered within 30 minutes, you will be able to set a new password. |
